This is the business global expansion solution for Japanese companies who already have their own strategy but are in need of hiring team members. We connect Japanese companies with local agencies. We insert ourselves as a project manager / account manager between the client and the agencies.
ForeignConnect conducts a hearing session with a Japanese client and understands their goals, needs, budgets, and their current business situation in the targeting market.
We will contact our partner agencies respecting to what the client wants in a business campaign and see their availabilities for the competition. We will find 2-3 agencies who can pitch creative ideas for the campaign.
Participating agencies are given 1-2 weeks to prepare the idea and We will coordinate a 30 mins to 1 hour pitch meeting between all parties (the client, agency, and ForeignConnect) with our facilitation.
The client will choose the agency with the best suitable idea and we will contact the agency on their behalf to create contract between all parties. From there FC will insert ourselves as a project manager between the 2 parties.

Based on the clients' requirements, FC will define job descriptions and budgets then we will contact appropriate agencies to check their availabilities.
Start the project
The client will pick the agency who is the best suited for the job and we will coordinate start of the work with the agency.
Manage & Report
Once project is started, FC will insert ourselves as an international project manager/ Japanese account manager between the client and the agency to communicate with the customer.
